⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke jo shaks qurbani ka irada rakhta ho usey chahiye ke zul hijja ka chand dekhne ke baad apne baal aur nakhun na kaate.

⭕nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke jo shaks qurbani ki istetaat na rakhta ho toh woh eid ki namaz ke baad baal aur nakhun kat le aur baghal aur zer e naaf ke baal saaf kar le toh ussey bhi qurbani ka sawab milega.

🛑 *kya eid ul azha me qurbani karna wajib hai ya sunnat?*
*Note :- is post me hum eid ul azhaa ki qurbani ki charcha kar rhe hai in ahadis se koi yeh matlb na nikale ke hajj ke liye bhi qurbani karna sirf sunnat hai kyu ke haji ke liye wajib hai ke woh qurbani kare.*
ab dekhte hai eid ul azha ki qurbani ke silsle me.
imam behaqi ne ispe baab banda hai aur unhone uska naam hi kuch is tarah rakha hai.
☘ *qurbani karna sunnat hai hum iske lazim ko pasand aur tark ko makroh samajte hain* ☘
⭕abu masood ukbah bin umro ansari radhiallaho anhu farmate hai ke mein ne maal dari ke bawajud qurbani nhi ki is darr se ke koi aadmi isey wajib na samaj le.

⭕abu sariha radhiallaho anhu se riwayat hai ke hazrat abu bakar aur hazrat umar radhiallaho anhu ajmaeen dono mere padosi they aur dono qurbani nhi karte they.

⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jo shaks takat rakhne ke bawajud Qurbani nhi karta aisa shaks hamari eid gaah ke karib bhi na bhatke.

*Lihaza in hadiso se baat sabit hoti hai ke qurbani karna sunnat hai wajib nhi albatta isko tark karna na pasand kiya gaya hai toh hame bhi chahiye ke agar istetaat ho toh qurbani zarur karen.*
🛑 *qurbani ke liye konse janwar jayaz hai?*
⭕Qurbani ke liye 8 kism ke jode(male/female) jayaz hai
1:- 2 bhedo ki kism se
2:- 2 bakri ki kism se
3:- 2 oont ki kism se
4:- 2 gaaye (cow) ki kism se

🛑 *janwar kis tarah ka hona chahiye aur usme kya aib aise hai jo ke qurbani ke liye jayaz nhi?*
⭕hazrat jabir radhiallahu anhu se riwayat hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke sirf musanna ( 2 daat wale) janwar ki qurbani karo, haa agar tumko dushwar ho toh phir 1 saal ka dumba ya mendha zibah kro.

*Note:- agar 2 daat wala janwar na mile toh dumba ya mendha karna jayaz hai lekin bakre ka 2 daat ka hona zaruri hai kyu ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne sirf dumbe aur mendhe ki ijazat di, aur is bare me hadis maujood hai.*
⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne qurbani ke din khutba diya aur kaha ke tum me se koi shaks qurbani na kare jab tak ke eid ki namaz na padh le, toh ek sahabi ne kaha ke allah ke rasul mene toh qurbani kar li hai ab kya kru? toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke dobara qurbani kar toh sahabi ne kaha ke meri pass bas ek dodh peeti pathiya (bakri) hai toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne kaha ke thik hai tu isey kurban kar le magar tere baad aisa karna kisi ke liye kifayat nhi karega.

*in ahadis se pata chalta hai ke janwar ka musanna (2 daat wala) hona qurbani ke liye zaruri hai sirf majburi ki surat me 1 saal ke dumbe aur mendhey ki qurbani karna jayaz hai.*
⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne aise janwar ki qurbani karne se mana farmaya
1:- bimar janwar jiski bimari zahir ho
2:- langda janwar jiska langda pan zahir ho
3:- kana janwar (jiski ankho ki roshni na ho) jiska kana pan zahir ho
4:- kamzor budha aur dubla janwar jiski body pe ghost hi na ho
5:- jiska kaan kata ya chira gaya ho ya uske kaan me surakh ho
6 :- jis ka seeng toota hua ho
ek sahabi ne kaha ke mujhe woh janwar bhi pasand nhi jiske daat me nuks ho toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke jo tumhe pasand nhi us ko chor do lekin kisi aur ke upar usko haram na karo.

☘Note:- seeng totey hone ya kaan me surakh hone ya kaan katey hone se murad yeh hai ke jiska kaan ya seeng aadhe se zada kata ho.

🛑 *agar qurbani ka janwar kharidne ke baad bimar ya langda ho jaye ya usme koi aib ho jaye toh uski qurbani jayaz hai.* 👇🏻
⭕abdullah bin zuber radhiallaho anhu ne qurbani ke janwro me ek kaani ontni (female camel) dekhi toh farmaya ke agar yeh kharidne ke baad kaani hovi hai toh iski qurbani kar lo aur agar yeh kharidne se pehly yeh kaani thi toh isko badal kar dusri ontni ki qurbani kro.

🛑 *ek janwar ki qurbani ek ghar ke kitne logo ke liye kifayat kar jayegi?*
⭕ataa bin yasar tabae kehte hai ke mene hazrat abu ayyub ansari radhiallaho anhu se pocha ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ke zamane me aap log qurbani kis tarah diya karte they toh unhone kaha ke hum me har shaks eik khandan ki taraf se eik hi janwar qurban kiya karta tha aur woh uske aur uske ghar walo ki taraf se tassavur hoti thi lekin phir baad me surat haal kharab ho gyi aur log fakhr karne ke liye ek se zada qurbani karne lage.

⭕abu sariha radhiallaho anhu kehte hai mere ghar walo ne mujhe majboor kiya halanke me yeh janta tha ke sunnat toh yeh hai ke purey ghar ki taraf se eik janwar ki qurbani kaafi hai, lekin ab hum eik se zada qurbani karte hai agar aisa na karen toh log kehne lage ge ke hum kanjus hain.

*note:- khandan se murad yeh hai ke farz kijiye ke ek ghar me 3 family rehti hai maa baap aur unke 2 ladke aur undono ki shadi ho chuki ho aur unke bhi bacche ho toh ab yeh 1 khandan nhi balke 3 khandan huvey.*

⭕jabir radhiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke hudaibiya ke saal hum Nabi ﷺ ke sath gaay(cow) aur oont ko saant saant (seven) aadmio ki janib se nehar(zibah) kiya.

⭕abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho anhu bayan karte hai ke hum ek safar me Nabi ﷺ ke sath they ke eid ul azha ka din agaya, chunancha gaaye(cow) me hum saant saant (seven) log aur oont me dus(10) log shareek huvey.

malum hua ke gaay(cow) me saant(seven) aur oont me dus hissey kiye jaa sakte hain.
🛑 *kya khassi janwar ki kurbani karna jayaz hai?*
janwar ke khassi karne ke silsile me jitni bhi hadees milti hai woh sari ki sari zaeef ahadis hai, chaliye hum dekhte hai woh hadis kya hai aur unme kya sukan hai.
⭕jabir radhiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne seengo wale 2 chitkabre khassi mendhey zibah kiye.

⭕abu huraira radhiallaho anhu se riwayat hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam jab qurbani ka iradah farmate toh 2 bade motey seeng daar chitkabre khassi kiye huvey mendhey kharidte.

in sari hadiso ko hafiz shaikh zuber ali zae ne zaeef kara diya hai aur unhone, jin ravio ke bare me unhone jirah ki hai woh yeh hai
1:- abu ayaas misri majhool hai
2:- Mohammed bin ishaak mudallis hai an se riwayat kar rha hai
3:- abdullah bin Mohammed bin aqeel zaeef hai.
4:-hijjaaj bin irtaat zaeef aur mudallis ravi hai
5:-abu noman urwah yala bin noman majhool hai
6:- bilal bin abi darda majhool hai

in ahadiso ke zaeef hone ke bare me agar kisi ko koi shak ho toh woh humse rabta kare insha allah usko puri jankari di jayegi. yeh toh tha un hadiso ka tazkara jisme khassi janwar ka zikr hai
Dekhiye quran is bare me kya kehta hai.
لَاُضِلَّنَّہُمۡ وَ لَاُمَنِّیَنَّہُمۡ وَ لَاٰمُرَنَّہُمۡ فَلَیُبَتِّکُنَّ اٰذَانَ الۡاَنۡعَامِ وَ لَاٰمُرَنَّہُمۡ فَلَیُغَیِّرُنَّ خَلۡقَ اللّٰہِ
me zarur unko gumrah kroga aur me zarur unko hukum dunga ke yeh janwaro ke kaan chirenge aur allah ki banayi huvi takhleek ko bigad denge.

quran ki is ayat ke mutalik hazrat anas bin malik aur hazrat abdullah bin abbas ka call maujood hai aur sahabi ke boht se aasar maujood hai.
⭕anas bin malik radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke janwar ko khassi karna allah ki takhleek ko bigadna hai.

*lihaza quran aur sunnat se yeh baat sabit hoti hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne kabhi khassi ki qurbani nhi ki aur us silsile ki sari hadis zaeef hai, hume chahiye ke jab hum allah ki raza ki khatir qurbani kar rhe hai toh allah ki raah me behtar se behtar janwar qurban kare aur nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne toh janwar ke seeng tutne kaan me surakh hone in sab chizo ko aib bataya hai toh khassi karna toh ussey bhi bada aib hai lihaza hame khassi janwar ki qurbani se bachna chahiye aur allah ki thakleek ko nhi bigadna chahiye.*
🛑 *mayyat ki taraf se kurbani karna kaisa hai?*
is silsile me jitni bhi hadees milti hai woh sari ki sari zaeef hai aur ahle ilm me unhi zaeef hadiso ki wajah se ikhtilaf hai baaz iske kayal hai aur baaz usko jayaz nhi samajte. imam tirmizi ne mayyat ki taraf se qurbani ki riwayat ko zaeef kehte huvey imam abdullah bin Mubarak ka call nakal kiya. 👇🏻
⭕imam abdullah bin Mubarak rahimahullah farmate hai ke mujhe zada mehboob yeh hai ke mayyat ki taraf se qurbani na di jaye balke inki taraf se sadka kiya jaye aur agar qurbani ki jaye toh phir uska ghost khud na khaya jaye balke saare ka sara hi takseem kar diya jaye.

🛑 *janwar ko zibah karte waqt churee ko acchey se dhaar kar lena chahiye, aur churee janwar ke samne taiz nhi karna chahiye.*
⭕ rasool Allah sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jab zibah karo to achay tareeqay se zibah karo, tum mein se 1 shakhs ( jo zibah karna chahta hai ) woh apni ( churee ki ) dhaar ko taiz karle aur zibah kiye jaany walay janwar ko aziat (takleef) se bachaaye .

⭕ syedna abdullah bin abbas radhiallahu anho bayan karte hain : rasool Allah sallalahu alaihi wasallam aik aisay shakhs ke paas se guzray jo apna paon bakri ki gardan par rakhay hue tha aur churee taiz kar raha tha aur woh bakri is ko dekh rahi thi, aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : kya to is ko do dafaa maarna chahta hai.

🛑 *Janwar ko Zibah karte waqt konsi dua padhna chahiye?*
khaas qurbani ke janwar ko zibah karte waqt itna fark hai ke yeh khalis allah ki raza ki khatir aur ajar o sawab ke liye ki jaati hai hai isliye abu dawood ibne maja behaqi musnad ahmad me ek riwayat hai jisme nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne qurbani ke janwar ko zibah karte waqt surah anaam ki ayat padhi lekin woh sari riwayat zaeef hai 👇🏻
nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam jab qurbani ke janwar ko zibah ke liye zameen par kibla rukh litate toh yeh dua padhte
«إني وجهت وجهي للذي فطر السموات والأرض على ملة إبراهيم حنيفا وما أنا من المشركين، إن صلاتي ونسكي ومحياي ومماتي لله رب العالمين لا شريك له، وبذلك أمرت وأنا من المسلمين، اللهم منك ولك وعن محمد وأمته باسم الله والله أكبر»

*me apna rukh us zaat ki taraf karta hu jisne aasmano aur zameen ko paida kya, me Ibrahim ke deen par hu aur kaamil mauhid hu mushriko me se nhi hu, beshak meri namaz meri tamam ibadaten mera jeena aur mera marna khalis allah hi ke liye hai jo saare jahaan ka rab hai, koi uska shareek nhi, mujhe isi ka hukm diya gaya hai, aur me musalmaano me se hu, aye allah yeh qurbani teri hi ataa hai aur khaas teri hi raza ke liye hai, Mohammed aur uski ummat ki taraf se kabol kar, allah ke naam ke sath allah boht bada hai.*

halanke yeh riwayat zaeef hai lekin humne isko logo ko bata dena munasib samjha, zibah karne ki dua ki sahi riwayat pesh e nazar hai.
⭕nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne 2 seeng wale chitkabre mendho ki qurbani ki aur unhe apne hath se zibah kiya, aur zibah karte waqt uske pehlu par apna pav mubarak rakha aur bissmillah allahu akbar padhakar zibah kiya.

⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke me allah taala se umeed rakhta hu ke arfa ke din ka roza eik saal pehly aur eik saal baad ke gunaho ka kaffara ban jayega.

*is baat ka khayal rahe ke gher mulk ke log apne mulk ki roiyat ke hisab se 9 zul hijja ka roza rakhenge na ke saudi arab ki roiyat ke hisab se, kuch ulma na samjhi aur ilm ki kami ki bina par kehte hai ke hame saudi arab ke hisab se sab kuch karna chahiye aur 9 zil hijja yani yawm arfa ka roza bhi saudi arab ke hisab se rakhna chahiye toh unke liye jawab yeh hai ke agar farz kar liya jaye ke saudi arab ke hisab se arfa ka roza rakha jaye toh jis waqt saudi arab me din hota hai America me raat hoti hai aur jab America me din nikalega tab tak saudi me raat ho jayegi us lihaz se America me rehne wale bande ke liye toh kabhi 9 zul hijja ka roza naseeb hi nhi hoga,*
*aur kuch ulma yeh kehte hai ke ahtiyatan hame 8 aur 9 zul hijja ka roza rakh lena chahiye ke kahi hum sawab se mehrom na reh jaye toh unke liye jawab yeh hai ke Phir woh ahtiyatan qurbani bhi 2 din kare ke kahi woh sawab se mehrom na reh jaye.*
*lihaza hame apni akkal ka istemal karna chahiye, yawm e arfa ka roza apne ilake ki roiyat ke hisab se rakha jayega na ke saudi arab ki roiyat ke hisab se.*
🛑 *eid gaah aate aur jaate waqt rasta badalna aur eid ul azha ki namaz ke liye khali pait jana aur akar qurbani ke janwar se iftar karna sunnat hai.*
⭕jabir radhiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam eid wale din eid gaah rasta badal kar jaate aur aate.

⭕buraidah radhiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam eid ul fitr ke din kuch khaa kar eid gaah jaya karte aur eid ul azha ke din eid ki namaz ke baad khaya karte they.

⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam eid ul azha wale din kuch nhi khate they jab tak (namaz) se laut na aatey they, phir laut kar apni kurbani ka gosht khate they.

yeh baat dhiyan rahe ke yeh eik sunnat hai kuch log samajte hai ke eid ul azha wale din subah sadik se lekar eid ki namaz tak roza hota hai toh yeh baat sunnat se kahi sabit nhi hai
🛑 *eid gaah me eid ki namaz ke alawa koi nafli namaz nhi padhi jayegi.*
⭕Abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne eid ul fitr ke 2 rakat padhai aur ussey pehly aur baad me koi namaz nhi padhi.

🛑 *eid ke din Mubarak baad kis tarah dena chahiye.*
⭕Khalid bin meadan tabe ka bayan hai ke mene eid ke din wasla radhiallahu anhu sahabi se jab mila toh mene usne kaha *taqabbalallahu minna wa minka* toh hazrat wasla ne kaha ke ha me bhi nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam se eid ke din jab mila tha toh mene bhi aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ko yehi baat kahi thi toh aapne ne bhi mujhe jawab me *taqabbalallahu minna wa minka* hi kaha tha.

note:- eid ke din apas me gale milna jayaz hai yeh ek cultural chiz hai baaz log isey bidat kehte hai jabke isko deen se jodna bewakoofi hai, duniya me naya kaam kiya jaa sakta hai deen me nhi,
🛑 *eid gaah me eid ki namaz ke alawa koi nafli namaz nhi padhi jayegi.*
⭕Abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne eid ke din 2 rakat namaz padhai aur ussey pehly aur baad me koi namaz nhi padhi.

🛑 *eiden ki takbiraat kya hai aur kitne din padhna hai?*
zul hijja ki 1 tarik se lekar ayyam tashreek ke akhir tak yani 13 zul hijja tak takbeerat padhna chahiye.
⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne ashra zul hijja ki azmat aur fazilat bayan karne ke baad farmaya ke tum in dino me kasrat se tehlil (laa ilaaha illal laah) takbeer (allahu akbar) aur tehmeed (alhamdulillah) kaho.

⭕abdullah bin umar aur abu huraira radhiallaho anhu ajmaeen zul hijja ke 10 dino me bazar ke andar bhi takbeerat padha karte they.

⭕hazrat ali radhiallaho anhu 9 zul hijja subah se lekar 13 zul hijja ki maghrib se pehly tak takbeerat parha karte they.

eiden me padhi jane wali takbeer.
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ "
*allahu akbar allahu akbar, laa ilaaha illallah, wallahu akbar allahu akbar walilahil hamd.*

⭕hazrat jabir radhiallahu anhu se riwayat hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke sirf musanna ( 2 daat wale) janwar ki qurbani karo, haa agar tumko dushwar ho toh phir 1 saal ka dumba ya mendha zibah kro.

⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne qurbani ke din khutba diya aur kaha ke tum me se koi shaks qurbani na kare jab tak ke eid ki namaz na padh le, toh ek sahabi ne kaha ke allah ke rasul mene toh qurbani kar li hai ab kya kru? toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke dobara qurbani kar toh sahabi ne kaha ke meri pass bas ek dodh peeti pathiya (bakri) hai toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne kaha ke thik hai tu isey kurban kar le magar tere baad aisa karna kisi ke liye kifayat nhi karega.

1:- bimar janwar jiski bimari zahir ho
2:- langda janwar jiska langda pan zahir ho
3:- kana janwar (jiski ankho ki roshni na ho) jiska kana pan zahir ho
4:- kamzor budha aur dubla janwar jiski body pe ghost hi na ho
5:- jiska kaan kata ya chira gaya ho ya uske kaan me surakh ho
6 :- jis ka seeng toota hua ho
ek sahabi ne kaha ke mujhe woh janwar bhi pasand nhi jiske daat me nuks ho toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke jo tumhe pasand nhi us ko chor do lekin kisi aur ke upar usko haram na karo.

Dekhiye quran is bare me kya kehta hai.
لَاُضِلَّنَّہُمۡ وَ لَاُمَنِّیَنَّہُمۡ وَ لَاٰمُرَنَّہُمۡ فَلَیُبَتِّکُنَّ اٰذَانَ الۡاَنۡعَامِ وَ لَاٰمُرَنَّہُمۡ فَلَیُغَیِّرُنَّ خَلۡقَ اللّٰہِ
me zarur unko gumrah kroga aur me zarur unko hukum dunga ke yeh janwaro ke kaan chirenge aur allah ki banayi huvi takhleek ko bigad denge.

🛑 *mayyat ki taraf se kurbani karna kaisa hai?*
is silsile me jitni bhi hadees milti hai woh sari ki sari zaeef hai aur ahle ilm me unhi zaeef hadiso ki wajah se ikhtilaf hai baaz iske kayal hai aur baaz usko jayaz nhi samajte. imam tirmizi ne mayyat ki taraf se qurbani ki riwayat ko zaeef kehte huvey imam abdullah bin Mubarak ka call nakal kiya. 👇🏻
⭕imam abdullah bin Mubarak rahimahullah farmate hai ke mujhe zada mehboob yeh hai ke mayyat ki taraf se qurbani na di jaye balke inki taraf se sadka kiya jaye aur agar qurbani ki jaye toh phir uska ghost khud na khaya jaye balke saare ka sara hi takseem kar diya jaye.

⭕ syedna abdullah bin abbas radhiallahu anho bayan karte hain : rasool Allah sallalahu alaihi wasallam aik aisay shakhs ke paas se guzray jo apna paon bakri ki gardan par rakhay hue tha aur churee taiz kar raha tha aur woh bakri is ko dekh rahi thi, aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : kya to is ko do dafaa maarna chahta hai.

khaas qurbani ke janwar ko zibah karte waqt itna fark hai ke yeh khalis allah ki raza ki khatir aur ajar o sawab ke liye ki jaati hai hai isliye abu dawood ibne maja behaqi musnad ahmad me ek riwayat hai jisme nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne qurbani ke janwar ko zibah karte waqt surah anaam ki ayat padhi lekin woh sari riwayat zaeef hai 👇🏻

«إني وجهت وجهي للذي فطر السموات والأرض على ملة إبراهيم حنيفا وما أنا من المشركين، إن صلاتي ونسكي ومحياي ومماتي لله رب العالمين لا شريك له، وبذلك أمرت وأنا من المسلمين، اللهم منك ولك وعن محمد وأمته باسم الله والله أكبر»

*me apna rukh us zaat ki taraf karta hu jisne aasmano aur zameen ko paida kya, me Ibrahim ke deen par hu aur kaamil mauhid hu mushriko me se nhi hu, beshak meri namaz meri tamam ibadaten mera jeena aur mera marna khalis allah hi ke liye hai jo saare jahaan ka rab hai, koi uska shareek nhi, mujhe isi ka hukm diya gaya hai, aur me musalmaano me se hu, aye allah yeh qurbani teri hi ataa hai aur khaas teri hi raza ke liye hai, Mohammed aur uski ummat ki taraf se kabol kar, allah ke naam ke sath allah boht bada hai.*

halanke yeh riwayat zaeef hai lekin humne isko logo ko bata dena munasib samjha, zibah karne ki dua ki sahi riwayat pesh e nazar hai.
⭕nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne 2 seeng wale chitkabre mendho ki qurbani ki aur unhe apne hath se zibah kiya, aur zibah karte waqt uske pehlu par apna pav mubarak rakha aur bissmillah allahu akbar padhakar zibah kiya.

*is baat ka khayal rahe ke gher mulk ke log apne mulk ki roiyat ke hisab se 9 zul hijja ka roza rakhenge na ke saudi arab ki roiyat ke hisab se, kuch ulma na samjhi aur ilm ki kami ki bina par kehte hai ke hame saudi arab ke hisab se sab kuch karna chahiye aur 9 zil hijja yani yawm arfa ka roza bhi saudi arab ke hisab se rakhna chahiye toh unke liye jawab yeh hai ke agar farz kar liya jaye ke saudi arab ke hisab se arfa ka roza rakha jaye toh jis waqt saudi arab me din hota hai America me raat hoti hai aur jab America me din nikalega tab tak saudi me raat ho jayegi us lihaz se America me rehne wale bande ke liye toh kabhi 9 zul hijja ka roza naseeb hi nhi hoga,*
*aur kuch ulma yeh kehte hai ke ahtiyatan hame 8 aur 9 zul hijja ka roza rakh lena chahiye ke kahi hum sawab se mehrom na reh jaye toh unke liye jawab yeh hai ke Phir woh ahtiyatan qurbani bhi 2 din kare ke kahi woh sawab se mehrom na reh jaye.*
*lihaza hame apni akkal ka istemal karna chahiye, yawm e arfa ka roza apne ilake ki roiyat ke hisab se rakha jayega na ke saudi arab ki roiyat ke hisab se.*
🛑 *eid gaah aate aur jaate waqt rasta badalna aur eid ul azha ki namaz ke liye khali pait jana aur akar qurbani ke janwar se iftar karna sunnat hai.*
⭕jabir radhiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam eid wale din eid gaah rasta badal kar jaate aur aate.

yeh baat dhiyan rahe ke yeh eik sunnat hai kuch log samajte hai ke eid ul azha wale din subah sadik se lekar eid ki namaz tak roza hota hai toh yeh baat sunnat se kahi sabit nhi hai
🛑 *eid gaah me eid ki namaz ke alawa koi nafli namaz nhi padhi jayegi.*
⭕Abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne eid ul fitr ke 2 rakat padhai aur ussey pehly aur baad me koi namaz nhi padhi.

🛑 *eid ke din Mubarak baad kis tarah dena chahiye.*
⭕Khalid bin meadan tabe ka bayan hai ke mene eid ke din wasla radhiallahu anhu sahabi se jab mila toh mene usne kaha *taqabbalallahu minna wa minka* toh hazrat wasla ne kaha ke ha me bhi nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam se eid ke din jab mila tha toh mene bhi aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ko yehi baat kahi thi toh aapne ne bhi mujhe jawab me *taqabbalallahu minna wa minka* hi kaha tha.

note:- eid ke din apas me gale milna jayaz hai yeh ek cultural chiz hai baaz log isey bidat kehte hai jabke isko deen se jodna bewakoofi hai, duniya me naya kaam kiya jaa sakta hai deen me nhi,

⭕Abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne eid ke din 2 rakat namaz padhai aur ussey pehly aur baad me koi namaz nhi padhi.

⭕Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne ashra zul hijja ki azmat aur fazilat bayan karne ke baad farmaya ke tum in dino me kasrat se tehlil (laa ilaaha illal laah) takbeer (allahu akbar) aur tehmeed (alhamdulillah) kaho.
