💠 *ISLAM AUR MUSIC* 💠

islam ek  aisa mazhab hai jisne hame zindagi jeene ka tarika sikhaya aur halal aur haram ko wazeh kar diya, ab jis chiz ko allah aur uske rasul ne haram nhi kaha usko haram karne ke liye wazeh daleel chahiye,

⭕surah al aeraf ayat no 33

قُلۡ  اِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّیَ الۡفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَہَرَ  مِنۡہَا وَ  مَا بَطَنَ وَ الۡاِثۡمَ وَ الۡبَغۡیَ بِغَیۡرِ الۡحَقِّ وَ اَنۡ تُشۡرِکُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ مَا لَمۡ یُنَزِّلۡ بِہٖ سُلۡطٰنًا وَّ اَنۡ تَقُوۡلُوۡا عَلَی  اللّٰہِ  مَا لَا  تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ.

Aap farmaiye kay albatta meray rab ney sirf haram kiya hai inn tamam fahash baaton ko jo ailaaniya hain aur jo posheeda hain aur her gunah ki baat ko aur na haq kissi per zulm kerney ko aur iss baat ko kay tum Allah kay sath kissi aisi cheez ko shareek thehrao jiss ki Allah ney koi sanad nazil nahi ki aur iss baat ko kay tum log Allah kay zimmay aisi baat laga do jiss ko tum jantay nahi.

✳ *ulma ki aksariyat music aur uske instruments ko sirey se haram kehte hai aur uski daleel me jo hadis aksar woh pesh karte hai woh pesh e nazar hai*

1⃣ abdullah bin umar radhiallaho anhu ka guzar ek charwahe ke pass se hua jo ke bansuri baja rha tha toh unhone apne kaano me ungli daal li aur waha se alag hat gaye toh is bare ne unse sawal hua ke aapne aisa kyu kiya toh unhone kaha ke mene nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ko bhi isi tarah karte dekha hai ke ek din  aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ke samne se ek shaks bansuri bajate huvey jaraha tha toh aapne apne kano ko band kar liya hatta ke bansuri ki awaz ana band ho gyi.

2⃣ nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke ghanti shaitan ki bansuri hai.

3⃣ nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke meri ummat me kuch log sharab aur gane bajane ke alat (musical instruments) ko halal kar lenge.
🏷 *(silsilatul ahadis sahiha 2686)*

4⃣ rasulallah sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke : is ummat me zameen ka dhansna surat ka tabdeel hona aur patthar ki barish hona wakaye hoga, ek musalmaan ne arz kiya ke allah ke rasul aisa kab hoga? toh aapne farmaya ke jab nachne waliyaa aur baaje aam ho jayege aur sharab khoob pi jayegi.

5⃣ umar bin abdul aziz ne umar bin waleed ko ek khat (letter) likha aur kaha ke tum logo ne jo yeh baaje aur bansuri ko riwaj diya hai yeh toh sab islam me bidat hai.

*woh ahadis jinme music ke bare me mumaniyat hai*

*yeh woh chand hadisey thi jo aksar ulma apni daleel me pesh karte hain aur music aur musical instruments ko haram karar dete hai aur is masle me unke boht sakht fatwe maujood hai*
*lekin woh jo kuch pesh karte hai woh sirf sikkey ka ek pehlu hai sikkey ka dusra pehlu ulma ki aksariyat bayan nhi karte, hum sikkey ke dusrey pehly ki taraf dekhte hai aur jante hai music ke bare me*

6⃣ ayesha radhiallaho anha kehti hai nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam mere ghar tashreef laye us waqt mere pass ansar ki 2 ladkiya jung ke kisson ki nazmen (poetry) padh rhi thi aur duff baja rahi thi, aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam bistar par lait gaye aur apna chehra dusri taraf kar liya: kuch der baad abu bakar radhiallaho anhu aye aur dantey huvey kehne lage ke yeh shaitani baaje nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ki maujoodgi me? akhir aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam abu siddique ki taraf mutawajja huvey aur kaha ke aye abu bakar jane bhi unhe bajane do har kaum ki ek eid hoti hai aur aaj yeh hamari eid hai.

7⃣ abu balaj kehte hai ke mene Muhammad bin hatib radhiallaho anhu se kaha mene 2 aurto se shadi ki hai aur mere liye koi duff nhi bajayi gayi, toh unhone kaha ke tune bura kiya: rasulallah sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya tha ke haram aur hala nikah ke darmiya fark sirf duff bajane aur aelaan karne ka hai.

8⃣ ayesha radhiallaho anha bayan karti hai ke ek aurat ki ek ansari sahabi ke sath rukhsati huvi toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke kya tumhare pass koi  khel kod ka saman nhi tha ya koi duff bajane wala nhi tha:  kyunke ansar ko duff aur ashaar (shayri) kehna accha lagta hai.

9⃣ rabie binte maooz radhiallaho anha kehti hai jis raat meri shadi huvi uski agli subah nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam mere ghar tashreef laye aur waha choti choti bacchiya duff baja rahi thi aur jo hamare baap dada jung e badar me shaheed hovey they unka marsiya gaa rhi thi : yaha tak ke unme se ek ne kaha ke hamare darmiyan ek nabi hai jo un baaton ko janta hai jo kal hongi, toh rasulallah sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne us sey farmaya ke yeh mat kaho wohi kaho jo pehly keh rhi thi.

🔟 nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam kisi gazvey se wapas aye toh ek habshi laundi ne akar kaha ke allah ke rasul mene nazar mani thi ke agar allah ne aap ko khair o aafiyat ke sath lautaya toh me aapke samne duff bajaogi aur gana gaongi, toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke agar tune nazar mani thi toh baja le, chunacha woh bajane lagi.

*note :- dhiyan rahe ke mannat me agar gana bajana haram hota toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ussey mana kar dete par aapne aisa nhi kiya*

⏸ ek sahabi ne apni beti ki shadi ki unke pass yak rukha dhol aur duff they, rasul allah sallalahu alaihi wasallam bahar tashreef laye toh awaz suni, aap ne farmaya ke yeh kya hai toh aap ko bataya gaya ke habbaar radhiallaho anhu ne apni beti ki shadi ki hai - nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke nikah ka elaan kro duff bajao yeh nikaah hai zina nhi hai.

*malum hua ke shadi biyah ke mauke par agar halal aur haram ahtemam rakh ke koi is tarah karta hai ke woh dhol waghera baja le toh yeh haram nhi balke sunnat rasul hai*

ulma ka bas kuch hadiso se yeh istadlal karna ke music aur uske instruments haram hai yeh sarasar galat hai, agar kuch hadis me music ki mumaniyat hai toh ussey zada hadiso me uske karne ka zikr bhi maujood hai,

isko hum ek example ke zariye se samajte hai, jaisa ke hum sab jante hai ke allah ne tijarat ko halal karar diya hai, lekin agar koi shaks apni tijarat me logo ko jhut bole dhoka de naap tol me kami kare toh yeh tijarat haram ho jayegi, ab agar koi kahe ke tijarat hi haram ho gyi toh hum kahe ge sirey se tijarat haram nhi balke uske andar jo kaam galat ho rahe hai unko sudhar liya jaye toh yeh tijarat  halal hai, usi tarah jin hadiso me gana bajane ko aur musical instruments ki mumaniyat hai waha murad yeh hai ke usme  shirkiya alfaz ho kisi ki gheebat  ho jhut  bola jaye toh aise gane bajane ko haram kaha gaya hai agar in sab chizo ka khayal rakha jaye toh usme koi harz nhi hai,
aur gana bajane ko haram karne ki wajah yehi thi ke arab ke log apne nafs ki pairvi kiya karte they har waqt bas gana bajana sharab peena gane wali laundi kharidna apne sare fehash karna ayyashi me zindagi guzarna yehi unki zindagi thi toh allah ne Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ko unki yehi chiz ko khatam karne ke  liye maboos kiya, arab ki in nafs ki pairvi ka zikr ek hadis me bhi maujood hai.

☘ hazrat ali radhiallaho anhu kehte hai ke unhone apne oont (camel) ek ansari sahabi ke ghar ke bahar bandhi aur kahi chale gaye wapas akar dekha toh unke camels ki kohan kati huvi hai unki kokhen pathi huvi hai aur unka jigar nikal liya gaya hai, logo se pocha yeh kisne kiya toh unhone bataya ke hazrat hamza ne, aur woh us ghar me ansar ki ek jamat ke sath hai jo sharab pee rhe hai aur unke samne ek gane wali ne gana gaya toh gane me kaha ke aye hamza uth aur un camels ko le toh hazrat hamza talwar leke uthey aur unke kohan kaat diya khokhen phaad di aur jigar nikal liye aur woh sharab ke nashe me they.

yehi woh wajah thi jinke bare me hadiso me gana bajane aur uske instruments ko haram kaha gaya tha, ab agar koi gana bajana, geet, naat shayri kawwali waghera karta hai jisme hala aur haram chizo ka khayal rakha gaya ho toh woh haram nhi kaha ja sakta kyu ke yeh sare kaam aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ki maujoodgi me bhi huvey they aur aapne unhne mana nhi kiya, aur jab nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne nhi roka toh woh haram kaise hua  lihaza hame halal aur haram me farak karne ke liye quran aur sahi hadiso ki taraf rukh karna chahiye, naa ke ulma ke fatwey ke zariye halal aur haram me farak kiya jaye,
is silsiley me quran me allah tala farmata hai.

⭕surah tauba ayat no 31

اِتَّخَذُوۡۤا اَحۡبَارَہُمۡ وَ رُہۡبَانَہُمۡ اَرۡبَابًا مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ

un logo ne allah ko chor kar apne ulmao ko apna rab bana liya.

sahaba ne quran ki yeh ayat ke bare me nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam se pocha aur kaha ke islam kabul karne se pehle humne toh kabhi ulma ko apna rab nhi banaya, toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke kya yeh sach nhi hai ke jo kuch woh haram kar dete they usey haram maan lete aur jo kuch woh halal karar dete usey halal maan lete, toh sahaba ne kaha ke haa yeh toh hum karte they, toh Nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke bas yehi toh unko rab bana lena hai.

*lihaza apne ulmao ko rab na banao khud tehkik kro hak baat ko janne ki koshish kro apne ulmao ke mukallid na ho jao, itteba e sunnat bano, allah hum sabko haram kaam se bachaye aur halal haram me farak karne ki salahiyat ata kare aur sunnat se mohabbat karne ki taufeek de , ameen ya rabul alameen*

    Nabi (sw) ne sirf aur sirf DUFF ki ijazat di hai naa ki koi aur musical instrument ki...

    Agar aap, aapki likhi hui hadeeson par ghor se ghor karenge to aapko sirf DUFF ka hi lafz dikhega.. Ya sirf ek jagah [🏷 *( silsilatul ahadis sahiha 1906)* ] , jahaan ye bhi lafz aaya hai ke "YAK RUKHA DHOL", ye bhi ek type ka duff hi hota hai...
    Duff use kehte hain jo one sided dhol jaisa instrument hota hai jise haat mein uthakar bajate hain..

      Aapne post ko mukkamal padha aur uspe apna point of view rakha mujhe boht Khushi huvi,

      Jaha tak baat rhi ke hadiso me sirf one side duff ka hi zikr hai toh aapki baat sahi hai lekin fir jab haram ke bare me zikr hua hai toh bhi bas ghanti aur bansuri ka hi zikr hua hai toh kya aap kahege ke sirf bansuri aur ghanti hi haram hai? Nhi aisa nhi kahege na
      Aapne shayad ghor nhi kiya ke ek hadis me abu bakar ne one side duff ko bhi shaitani baja kaha hai aap,
      Fir ek shaitani baja halal aur baki ke sab haram aisa kyu kar hota,
      Hadis ke sirf alfazon par nhi uske mafhoom ko samajhne ki koshish karen ke islam me koi chiz haram kyu hoti hai , uske peeche reason hota hai, chizo ka istemal usko halal ya haram banata hai , jis tarah se shayri sahaba kiya karte they woh jaiz hai lekin woh shayri jisme shirkiya aur fehas baaten hongi woh haram hogi, usi tarah music bhi hai agar toh music ke sath koi aisa gana bajaya jaye jisme na jaiz chiz ho woh us waqt woh chiz haram ho jayegi ,
