Sood ki taarif

💠 *Sood kisey kehte hai quran aur sahi hadis ki roshni me dekhen* 💠

Sood har us zada rakam (paise) ko kaha jata hai jo kisi karz par tey karke wasul ki jaye,
Yani ke karz pe liye gaye izafi maal ko sood kaha jata hai.

✳ *karz kisi kehte hai*
Karz hamesha consumable chizo pe hota hai, misal ke tour pe khajur, gundum, silver, gold, salt, money,
Yeh woh chizen hai jinka zikr hadiso me aya hai,
Aur usable chizo ko jab aap udhaar (loan) pe doge toh uske badle me karz nhi balke kiraya loge, misal ke taur pe, car, bike, shop, home etc

Yeh toh tha usable aur consumable chiz me mukhtasar fark, aur sath hi yeh bhi pata chala ke usable chiz pe kiraya liya jata hai aur consumable chiz pe karz diya jata hai, aur consumable chiz pe karz ki rakam se zada rakam lena sood kehlata hai,aur sood sirf karz ki surat me hota hai uske liye mazeed dekhiye.

⭕ HADIS
abu saeed khudri radhiallaho tala anhu se riwayat hai nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke sone key badle sona (gold), chandi ke badle chandi (silver), gundum me badle gundum, jau ke badle jau, khajoor ke badle khajoor, namak ke badle namak ki kharid o farokht hatho hath ho, jisne zada diya ya zada liya usne sood ka len den kiya, usme lene wala aur dene wala dono barabar hai, *(muslim 4046, 4066, 4088 / bukhari 2176)*

⭕HADIS
abdullah bin abbas radhiallaho tala anhu se riwayat hai ke nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya sood sirf karz ki surat me hota hai *(bukhari 2178)*

*in hadiso se pata chalta hai ke sood sirf karz ki surat me aur sirf consumable chizo me liya jata hai, jabke usable chizo pe karz nhi kiraya liya jata hai, jiski misal hum upar de chuke*

Note :- tehreer zada lambi na ho jaye Isliy  sari hadis na likh ke bas unke number likh diye gaye hai jise shauk ho woh jakar check karle in sari Hadis me sood ka zikr consumable chizo ke sath hi hua hai aur mujhe koi ek bhi Hadis aisi nhi mili jisme sood ka zikr usable chizo ke sath hua ho.

Surah baqra ayat no. 275

اَلَّذِیۡنَ یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الرِّبٰوا لَا یَقُوۡمُوۡنَ اِلَّا کَمَا یَقُوۡمُ الَّذِیۡ یَتَخَبَّطُہُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ مِنَ الۡمَسِّ ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمۡ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡبَیۡعُ مِثۡلُ الرِّبٰوا ۘ وَ اَحَلَّ اللّٰہُ الۡبَیۡعَ وَ حَرَّمَ الرِّبٰوا ؕ فَمَنۡ جَآءَہٗ مَوۡعِظَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّہٖ فَانۡتَہٰی فَلَہٗ مَا سَلَفَ ؕ وَ اَمۡرُہٗۤ اِلَی اللّٰہِ ؕ وَ مَنۡ عَادَ فَاُولٰٓئِکَ اَصۡحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ ہُمۡ فِیۡہَا خٰلِدُوۡنَ

Sood khor log na kharay hongay magar ussi tarah jiss tarah woh khara hota hai jissay shetan chu ker khabti bana dey yeh iss liye kay yeh kaha kertay they kay tijarat bhi to sood hi ki tarah hai halankay Allah Taalaa ney tijarat ko halal kiya aur sood ko haram jo shaks apney pass aaee hui Allah Taalaa ki naseehat sunn kar ruk gaya uss kay liye woh hai jo guzra aur uss ka moamla Allah Taalaa ki taraf hai aur jo phir doobara ( haram ki taraf ) lota woh jahannumi hai aisay log hamesha hi uss mein rahen gay.

# mushrikeen ka kehna tha ke sood bhi toh tijarat ki tarah hai, jis tarah hum koi samaan bech kar munafa (profit)  kamatey hai aur isko shariyat ne hala karar diya hai, usi tarah karz dekar agar koi munafa (profit) kamata hai toh usme kya harz hai, unke aiteraz ka jawab toh yehi tha ke samaan e tijarat ka toh maksad hi yehi hota hai ke usko farokht karke munafa kamaya jaye, lekin nakad (money) us kaam ke liye nhi banayi gyi hai ke isey samaan e tijarat bana kar issey munafa kamaya jaye, woh toh ek tabadle ka zariya hai taake iske zariye zarurat ki ashyaa(chizen) kharidi aur bechi ja sake.

⭕HADIS
bilal radhiallaho anhu nabi sallalahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat me khajoor ki ek umdah kism lekar aye, toh aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke yeh kaha se laye ho - toh unhone kaha ke hamare pass kharab khajoor thi toh kharab khajoor ki 2 sa'ad de kar acchi khajoor ki 1 sa'ad hum laye hai taake hum aapko yeh khilayen, toh aap ne farmaya ke tauba tauba tauba yeh toh sood hai bilkul sood hai, phir farmaya ke aisa na kiya kar balke acchi khajoor kharidne ka irada ho toh kharab khajoor ko bech kar uski keemat se umdah khajoor kharida kar. *(bukhari 2312)*

Yaha aap sallalahu alaihi wasallam ne sood ko khatam karke tijarat me tableel karne ka tarika bata diya, usme sirf len den nhi hua balke kharid o farokht huvi aur is tarah sood khatam ho gaya.

In hadiso se yeh pata chalta hai ke sood har us zada rakam ko kaha jata hai jo kisi karz pe tai karke wasul ki jaye, aur karz consumable chizo pe hota hai,  aur hadiso me jaha bhi sood ka zikr aya hai waha consumable chizo ka zikr hai kyu ke sood karz pe liya jata hai aur karz consumable chizo pe liya jata hai,
Jabke iske bar aks usable chiz jisko hum kharch nhi kar sakte uska hum kiraya lete ya dete hain, jaise ke car, shop, home, etc

Ab hum isko misal se samajte hai

1 :- agar hum kisi ko 20 lakh rupees dete hai aur usko 1 mahine ki mohlat dete hai aur us muhlat ke badle 5 hazar rupees izafi lete hai, toh yeh sood kehlayega aur yeh 100% haram hai.

2 :- aur agar yehi 20 lakh rupees ka ghar hum kisi ko istemal karne ke liye dete hai 1 mahine ke liye aur uske badle 5 hazar rupees lete hai toh woh kiraya kehlaye ga sood nhi aur yeh 100% halal hai

*Yeh mukhtasar tehrir thi sood ki pechna ke liye, aaj kal log bas ulmao ke kehne me aajate hai aur samajte hai ke jo ulma ne bata diya wohi sahi hai, magar yeh unki laa ilmi ke siwa aur kuch nhi hai, aur isi laa ilmi ki wajah se woh usable chizo ko sood samajte hai jabke sood sirf consumable chizo par talab kiye huvey izafi maal ko kehte hai, phir chahe woh paisa ho gold ho silver ho ya aur koi aisi chiz jo consumable ho isko liquid assets bhi kaha jata hai. Aur jab usme koi commodity involve ho jati hai jo usable chizo me se ho toh phir waha sood ki koi gunjaish baki nhi rehti woh tijarat ho jati hai.*

Ab issey hame yeh pata chalta hai ke paise ke badle paisa dena sirf us surat me jayaz hai jab dene wala utna hi wapas le rha ho jitna ke usne diya tha, isey karze hasna bhi kaha jata hai, aur dhiyan rahe ke sood sirf paise pe paise ka naam nhi balke har woh chiz jo consumable ho uske izafa ka sawal hoga toh woh sood kehlayega.

Ab issey yeh masla bhi hal ho gaya ke jo aaj kal jo bank personal loan deti hai toh woh hame paisa deti hai aur paisa liquid asset hai aur woh un paise ke badle aapne izafi paise talab karti hai toh yeh khaalis sood hai aur kuch nhi,

Lekin jab yehi masla home loan ya bike loan pe ata hai toh kyu ke woh usable chiz hai aur usable chiz pe karz nhi kiraya hota hai toh woh sood nhi hua aur agar koi kehta hai ke yeh bhi sood hai toh yeh apne aap sabit ho jayega ke ghar rent pe dena bhi sood hai,
Kyu ke bank humko home loan me paise nhi deta balke uske badle humko ghar kharid ke deta hai aur hum tab tak uske kiraye daar hai jab tak hum uske pure paise nhi chuka dete, aur bank kyu ke owner hai home ki toh woh humse kiraye ka amount apne hisab se calculation karke le sakti hai isko tijarat kehte hai sood nhi.

Allah hum sabko deen ki sahi samaj ata farnaye aur ulmao ki takleed se hum sabko bachaye aur khud se padh kar Islam ko salaf ke tarike se samajne aur janne ki taufeek ata farmaye aur Firqa wariyat ki lanat se nijat ata farmaye (ameen) Ya rabul alameen.
